ABOUT

Strategic Guidance for Building, Buying, or Selling a Business

John Simonetta has worked as a strategic advisor in business management for more than twenty-five years across Fortune 500 and lower middle-market companies. As a former CPA and CFO, he understands the financial metrics owners use to steer and evaluate their businesses. After becoming disenchanted with the priorities of large corporate environments, John chose to focus his experience on helping small businesses. In 2021, he left his CFO role to serve business owners more directly. Today, John works as a holistic small business advisor and business broker. He helps owners pursue their full potential by connecting purpose, financial metrics, and practical goals, and he guides both buyers and sellers through business-sale transactions. John holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Bentley University and an MBA in entrepreneurship from Babson College.
