ABOUT

Proactive Legal Planning for Businesses and Families

Nate Harding is the advisor behind Somnium Advisory, where he helps businesses and families approach legal planning proactively rather than waiting for a problem or transition to force a decision. After serving in the U.S. Navy, Nate began his legal career as a trial attorney in the IRS Small Business Unit. He later worked with a venture-backed startup in California, gaining direct exposure to the legal and strategic challenges businesses face while growing. Today, Nate brings those experiences back to his community. His work is shaped by an understanding of government, entrepreneurship, and family planning—and by a desire to help clients build clearer, more durable plans for the future.
